    Sign up as a family and complete KYC. Two-sided verification protects workers too.

    Browse the vetted pool

    Pick Nanny or Housekeeper and filter by age, experience, language, location and state of origin.

    Hire on a contract

    Set role, scope, salary, leave and start date. Both sides e-sign in-app.

    Pay placement fee

    A one-time ₦50,000 activates the placement and unmasks contact details.

    Fund wallet & relax

    Fund each cycle (salary + ₦3,000). Taskbed pays your worker on time via escrow.

    Get recourse

    Report any problem and get a defined response time.

For workers

    Register free

    Sign up as a worker. You are never asked to pay a fee.

    Submit documents

    Upload ID/NIN, health, guarantor, references and police character from your phone.

    Get vetted

    Taskbed reviews, interviews and checks. Track status: submitted, in review, cleared.

    Get listed & hired

    Once cleared you appear in the pool. Review hire terms and e-sign or decline.

    Get paid in full

    Your full salary lands on payday, every cycle. Never less, never late.

    Raise a report

    Something wrong? Report it and get a real response.
