Register & verify
Sign up as a family and complete KYC. Two-sided verification protects workers too.

Browse the vetted pool
Pick Nanny or Housekeeper and see everyone we have cleared in your city.

Hire on a contract
Confirm the duties, leave and start date. The salary for the role is confirmed with you, then both sides e-sign in-app.

Pay the placement fee
20% of the first 3 months of salary, paid once before your worker starts. That activates the placement and unmasks contact details.

Fund wallet & relax
Fund the salary each cycle and Taskbed pays your worker on time. We take nothing from it.

Covered for 3 months
If your worker leaves within 3 months, we replace them free.

Submit documents
Upload ID/NIN, health, guarantor, references and police character from your phone.

Get vetted
Taskbed reviews, interviews and checks. Track status: submitted, in review, cleared.

Get listed & hired
Once cleared you appear in the pool. Review hire terms and e-sign or decline.

Get paid in full
Your full salary lands on payday, every cycle. Never less, never late.

Raise a report

One fee, charged once when you hire. Workers never pay a naira.
